What’s it all about?

My friends Lisa, Zeljko, and I took the challenge to do 1000 pull-ups in May 2021. I created this app for us to upload videos as proof that we did it and as a counter. It was that motivating that we all completed the challenge ahead of time, so I decided to allow other users to participate as well.

This website does not only display our current score, but it’s also me checking out new web development technologies:

• This website uses the public beta of SvelteKit, the brand new progressive web app (PWA) framework for Svelte.
• Authentication, Storage and Database is powered by Firebase.
• It’s hosted on Vercel.
